Another concept. What if we make a whole park themed to whatever real world location we are in?!

Have landmarks from that place, feature tourist attractions you’re just a few hours drive from, but all in one place. That’d be amazing

Or how about a real fake world?

The entire park is a theme-based water park entirely themed to Atlantis. We can have Little Mermaid, Nemo, etc. to add IP's but it is underwater themed.
