They probably find them through the internet, which isn't sorted by age. Also, many of those threads are niche and they may have specific opinions about those topics rather than 1986, 1SC, DisneySky, or Dash's Toybox.
@PostScott has a really nice addition to @DisneyManOne 's thread - welcome to the imagineer forum!

I realize that to anyone who does stuff like this, these are probably super simple and not super impressive. BUT as someone still learning about video editing software other than Movie Maker, I'm really happy with the couple of animated shots I've been learning to make for my next video!

Question of the Day
What is your favorite animatronic show?
If we're talking about strictly animatronic shows only (without live actors), then I've only seen one so far, and that would the Enchanted Tiki Room at Disneyland. Nice place to sit and breathe for a bit before rushing off to your next ride and of course, Dole Whip that you can snack on while watching the show.

It's a pretty close three way tie between Carousel of Progress (speaks to my sensibilities, Worlds Fair is one of my favorite parts of Disney history, very inspirational and old school) Country Bear Jamboree (ALWAYS a blast with a crowd) and Disneyland's Tiki Room. I'm going to have to go with Disneyland's Tiki Room by a slim margin. The Tiki gardens pre-show, the fact that you can bring food and drinks into the show to turn it into a sort of "dinner theater" (I've done this with Bengal BBQ skewers more times than I can count) and TIKI MAYNARD send it over the edge for me.

The WDW version of the Tiki Room...as much as I really do enjoy how much more large scale the physical space is, falls short because of the absolutely inferior pre-show and the fact that they cut out a decent chunk of dialogue and jokes which just hurts my brain every time as someone who's long since memorized the Disneyland version of the soundtrack.

Alternatively, the WDW version is streamlined and tightly paced and the preshow, while weaker, is more closely tied to the main show. And while we may lack Tiki Maynard, there is a cute girl I went on a date with once. It wasn't a good date because we wound up having nothing in common beyond our orientation group. BUT she was cute.

All-time? Food Rocks. Easily. I think the message behind the show was important and the parody songs were all great (had I been in the Veto I probably would've just done an updated version of this show).

Current? American Adventure. Maybe I have a biased view as a non-American but it gives a nice brief look at the history with stunning animatronics and amazing songs. Golden Dreams is one of the most underrated Epcot songs!
