Whatever direction we go with this 2nd gate I'll volunteer some of my past concepts are tribute (and no none of them involve Hunger Games)

Muppet 'Henson's Revue' Restaurant

And basically anything from here

There's more but that's what I could find off the cuff:p
I've been pretty fascinated with the idea of a boardwalk themed entrance area lately. A Main Still USA type thing where all the stores and food places are kitschy boardwalk type shops. Have it right against a large seven seas lagoon type lake to make it water front. Depends on the theme of the park if it would fit though.

I think that maybe a Latin American Area could work depending on the route we go? I mean, HKDL doesn’t have a Pirates of the Caribbean, we could even come up with a new concept for it! Then a Coco themed area, as it’s the most successful Pixar Movie in China. And then, the good old Indy can have it’s classic ride, it could be a very fun area. Thoughts?

One last quick thought before bed. I don't think any theme park I know of has ever truly done a modern urban themed land. Streets of America was great to walk around but had no attractions. Universal I Florida has a great NY area too, but it's pretty small and Jimmy Fallon is the only attraction that actually ties to that theme.

I'm picturing it at the edge of the park. A tall hotel aling the side simulating a city skyline (Skyline Resort?). A Test Track/Radiator Springs Racer type ride that weaves through the land like a fast pace people Mover. Maybe have some Marvel or Big Hero 6 there. I don't know. A city themed area definitely has it's dangers and downsides, but its something I don't think I've ever seen fully realized in a park before.

There are some kind of towns that would make for killer lands, maybe like a small town, filled with small shops with a hipster-like aesthetic. Or maybe the bustling nighttime city, filled with business and bright lights!

Modern urban environments in my opinion are very underutilized in theme parks aside from Studio Backlots. Or at least poorly utilized. Though I get why. Most people can see modern urban environments for free in their regular lives. But I think there's a lot of potential for something special if it was done correctly.

Cities, boardwalks, hipster small towns, etc.

A coffee shop, an ice cream shop, a clothing shop, a venue for small bands, a Ferris Wheel, and a small wooden roller coaster.

There was an idea...to bring together a group of remarkable people. To see if we could imagineer something more. So when Disney needed us, we could create the theme parks, that they...are making...

Okay, kinda lost it at the last part.

I like the idea of creating a theme park around mythology, legends, folktales, that sort of thing, with the lands based on respective cultures or nations. So, a World Showcase meets Fantasyland sort of theme park.
