Looking at this, it feels reduntant to me personally to have Atlantis and Mt Olympus as they are both Greek Mythology.

I'd vote we do a Greek Harbor out front as our entrance village to the land. Incorporate things like the Muppets show and the labrynth there. Then enter through it into the lost city of Atlantis. Helps combine the lands that are similar thematically/visually.
This sounds perfect!

So for the North America area there would be a alien encounter style attraction Where Bigfoot is captured and shown as a tourist attraction only for it to break out and cause havoc, or a tram tour ride where guests are boarded on a "birdwatching" tour, where Bigfoot would attack, ending with a high speed chase back to safety, along with a gravity falls area, which would feature a c ticket and a quick service restraunt
What do you guys think of my idea for the north america area? Any suggestions, Thoughts, or ideas you'd like to add?

I like it! Really fits the North American “mythology” to have a Bigfoot attraction.

It made me think of another cultural mythology we could do that’d be really simple: Scotland.

In the middle of the park we just have a giant loch/ lake with an AA that occasionally pops up. A little nod to the Loch Ness Monster without a lot of work

I like it! We had talked about a cryptid themed area with big foot and a Gravity Falls ride and darker atmosphere. An idea I was really excited about. And I definitely think a slot car thrill ride would be cool.

BUT I don't think that theme works well with the idea of Lost Worlds. The whole thing with Cryptids like big foot and what we see in gravity falls that makes them interesting is them being hidden in plain sight in our world. Not tucked away in some lost world.

Same with Loch Nes which is a popular tourist destination and not a lost world

So, I think we either need to change the theme and find a new focus that would have things like Cryptids fit. Or cut these lands. If we do cut this land, I'd be interested in a separate brainstorming thread working on the cryptid land as an expansion to Shanghai or Studios or something.

Personally, I think we're all mostly settled on Lost World's and having that focus has helped us a lot from how broad our brainstorming was. Plus, we were almost unanimous in voting for it the other day. I think we should stick with lost world's and then do a thread working on Cryptids together separate from this project so we have the freedom to not fit this theme.

What do you guys think? Do we change the theme? Or stick with Lost World?

I think stick with LW. Lends variety to what HK has in the way that AK and Epcot do for WDW. LW gives a good chance for new stories and design that we probably haven't done here much.
Some IP should be used here and there, but not made to fit. I think once we get into more detail on each individual land discussion, kind of let that flow organically and see what works. I'd be hesitant with LW to make a certain type of land, just to make an IP fit.

I agree as well. The Lost Worlds seems the more logical option. Theming needs to remain more-or-less the same. Though I do say IP-wise, that Atlantis at least take inspiration from the movie.

I really like the Disney's Lost Worlds concept. I'd keep on it and try to bring the North America feel to an Boardwalk and/or Disney Springs overseeing the sea, kind of this distribution rough below.
