So what are they going to do with the 20k area for now? Pave it for meet and greet and QSV carts? Put grass over it and keep it off limits to guests (I doubt it, but who knows)?

I hate to say it, but I kinda want to go on IASW on my next trip to WDW just to see all of the new/redone material. I know this is obvious, but this rehab looks very significant.

Great pictures altogether. The 20K and The Land pics make me a sad panda. However, the Stitch pic is friggin cool.

One more thing I forgot to mention, they've officially turned the Disney Gallery store on Main Street into something MUCH less interesting. I guess we have
You can always go into Cinderella's Castle, which is where Art of Disney is now (OK, it's small, but it's still there).

And I'll add my name to the list that loves the balloons photo :D

super scary pic of IASW. i wish someone had a pic of the exact angle of that photo, put them on top of one another and take the opacity down so you could see a ghost image of what was once there.

well, i guess all the quarters i thru in there are probably paying for some of the new paint. glad i could be of service.

Beanboon,

Wonderful, wonderful pictures. As Grizz said, that Land balloon shot is unbelievable....a blowup of that would be a great birthday present for the bear!.

I guess that would be considered a major rehab for IASM...except of course if you compare it to 20K.

You've made a heck of an entrance to the boards, but it will be a hard act to follow! (but do try!) :sohappy:

I'm glad someone else saw that. I would have pointed it out but didn't want to get flamed, tarred and feathered. How could I have missed that attraction? :o :zipit:

Great Pictures of IASW....can't figure out exactly where it was taken from though. is it inside the attraction? if so, is it completely gutted??

Dont worry about that! Post what you want. I've grown accustomed to keeping certain members in line. ;)

Awesome update, thanks for sharing. I can't wait to see Stitch in action. I never thought I'd say this but he looks...adorable.

Was the IaSW photo taken from inside Pinnochio's Village Haus?
I thought that at first, but then wouldn't the ride loading be on the opposite side then? I keep trying to picture it in my mind to figure out where it was taken from, but it's hard to figure it out given how gutted it is on the inside. It's a very cool pic and I'm one of those if-there's-a-curtain-or-a-wall-I-need-to-peek-past-it kind of people so it I wonder where it was taken all the more.

I know when they first closed it, they just had a black cloth over the windows on the inside of Pinocchio Haus and I wanted to peek past them but my Love didn't want me to. Two weeks later, we were back and it was black boarded up from the INSIDE of the ride - so you couldn't even peer past it if you wanted to! :(

To me it looks like the Small World picture was taken near the entrance of the ride.

The black cloth covering the windows inside the Pinnochio's Village Haus was torn in small parts two weeks ago or so when I stopped in for a quick bite. Only a camera lens could've seen through those holes.
