I agree that the wreaths are overwhelmed. Smaller hangers would make the wreaths stand out more, or perhaps even simple black ones that look like iron scrollwork. Mostly I just don't feel like they go with the theming of Main Street. They look more like decorations you would see in a big city...

Have fences been installed around feature pools at other resorts? I heard the rumors last fall but am wondering if it's actually happened yet. Hard to picture how it could be done at WL while still allowing people to walk around the pool to get to the beach and the villas.

Wouldn't it be wonderful if they went back to using the previous narration? It was so perfect for creating the atmosphere for the ride. The new one is nothing more than advertisements for other attractions. Totally unnecessary since guests are right in the middle of everything being advertised...

I don't think it would be so bad to ask to be moved to a standard room if you have a courtyard room directly overlooking the construction. Then if one isn't available I think it would be reasonable to ask politely to be charged the standard room rate. I'd wait until you get there of course to...
