Roger E. Broggie steam locomotive new headlight

Yea that bluish LED headlight looks out of place on that locomotive, I wonder how the light pattern is? I hope they didn't do what some morons do to their cars, place LED or Xenon bulbs in housings that were designed for halogens, creating a blinding light pattern.

Recommendation for smart phones and battery recharging

I recommend a good battery pack, I use an Anker 10,000mAh with two ports. I actually use my phone at the parks a lot and amazingly I leave the parks with my battery level higher than what I went in with.

    Autonomous Cars at Disney World..

There are many possible scenarios, too many to list. I will give one example though which I personally experienced, I was driving on the FDR in Manhattan and it was raining, a car going the other way hit a huge puddle, splashing so much water on the windshield that I was blind for 5-7 seconds...

    Autonomous Cars at Disney World..

I think that they will be required to have steering wheel and brake pedal at the minimum, in case of software errors etc.

    Serial Stroller Thief Caught!

Something to note, just because somebody has a $1,800 stroller doesn't mean that they are even remotely wealthy. Reminds me of my brothers friend who worked at Target and now at Home Depot. He bought himself a Rolex Submariner, which is around $7,500 to 8,500ish depending on model, with his...

    Autonomous Cars at Disney World..

Yea the words I typed didn't exactly match what i was thinking lol, I didn't mean zooming across a gas station parking lot at 40mph to bypass an intersection, the example I had in my mind was Roosevelt Field Mall in Long Island. I go there a lot and there are a few large parking lots that have...

    Autonomous Cars at Disney World..

I have been in many driving situation where I know a self driving car just wouldn't cut it. For example, I can cut across this parking lot and be there quicker, or let me move into this lane early to make things easier since cars are merging ahead... I think that self driving cars only will work...

    Autonomous Cars at Disney World..

I have seen that video, the driver of the Tesla was looking in his rear view mirrors and noticed that the Prius was coming at a fast speed and might crash in to him, so he mashed the "gas pedal", it wasn't the car that did that for him.

    Splash Mountain fall refurbishment 2017

Also credit card lending has relaxed a bit since the recession, there are companies out there that will approve a $20,000 limit card to somebody with a 650 credit score (Lowes credit card from Synchrony financial etc) So more people have been able to travel to WDW by putting it on a card.

Disney Visa Card--are the perks worth it?

This 100%, Financial education is very threadbare in this country, young people are just forced to enter the workforce with poor knowledge of how to manage their finances.

Disney Visa Card--are the perks worth it?

Yep, rental car companies are better with debit cards than they were a few years ago, but it's still a bit risky, especially from local rental offices, the ones away from the airport counter.

Win or Lose (Lease / Rent vs Buy)

It depends sometimes, for example, I would only lease a BMW, since I would never keep it past 3 years. A honda accord? With a dependable manual transmission, that I would finance.

Disney Visa Card--are the perks worth it?

I love my credit cards, which are cash back cards. I would never be a debit card only person, since it can cause issues if renting a car etc.

    Planning for 2018

You can book 499 days in advance for the rooms, so using today's date, you can book for June 22, 2018. For dining, I think the time you have to book is less not sure the exact days.
