Planning for 2018

I could not go this year due to my DH needing surgery. We were supposed to go in May. I am really hoping to go in May of 2018. Any idea when this is possible to book? Can I book ahead of time with a deposit? I am so sad and have Disney depression since we can't go this year. I am soothing myself with videos, music, etc. but I think if I had trip planning in progress it might make the wait seem a little less long. I realize I can just make some plans about what we want to do, eat, stay, etc. but I want to know I am booked so that it is a reality and not just a dream.

You can book 499 days in advance for the rooms, so using today's date, you can book for June 22, 2018. For dining, I think the time you have to book is less not sure the exact days.
