I've been down this road before. This basically how they got me with the dole whip thing.

Very similar reaction here. I think the community had talked it up to a point where nothing would have matched the image I had in my head. It was a profound disappointment. That said, my fondness for eating anything else means there's more dole whip for everyone else to enjoy.

I don’t see them investing in extending the TTA line for that. Even without the pandemic they likely wouldn’t have spent the money to do this. That said, I wish they would. This would be a fun addition to the ride.
