Its not a horrible ride, but nowhere as good as it could be

Since my disney obeseeion started 3 years ago thats the only place i wanna go, i just seem to get bored at all other spots lol

Never have done American Adventure at Epcot, heard its great but just never get around to doing it :shrug:

1994 was my first visit i think, family vacation only ride i remember oddly enough was the alien ride and being terrified lol, did'nt go back till 2 years ago and have been there 3 times since i cant get enough of the place.:)

That cupcake looks soooo good, i always say im gonna try one and never do lol

Hoping to be going in october 2012 for dw 30th birthday as a surprise, think we will be trying our first deluxe at akl yeah!

Like everyone else i would say it depends on how much time you plan on spending in your resort. The only thing that i noticed that was much better was rooms are a tad bit bigger at the mods and main pools were much nicer.

Was there in march and nothing was advertised in room, although i didnt ask at front desk.

Great trip report, sooo jealous of your mk view room looked awesome. La hacienda dissappointed me as well, san angel inn wasn't much better food wise but the atmosphere was awesome.
