I would suggest Islands of Adventure or Busch Gardens over Disney if your kids are more into thrills. Out of all the band trips I've been on, four were to Islands and one is going to be to Busch. It's your choice, though. All three parks are amazing.

I voted yes. I really liked DisneyQuest, even though the rides I usually wanted to hit were closed and Cyberspace Mountain's line was always through the roof. But even if it closes, I'll have La Nouba to keep me company. :)

I would advise bringing a hoodie, sweatpants, jeans, and a sweatshirt, but also pack some warm clothes. Florida temperatures are quite fickle.

Yeah, considering that it's now a tropical storm...I've had a friggin' saxophone lesson during the brunt of a tropical storm. No offense, but the most damage caused by this storm will be from flooding.
