a 17 year old can stay in a room with a person 18 or over and not pay to stay there. for example a room with 2 18 yr olds and 2 17 year olds, you are only paying for the two 18 year olds to stay in that room the 17 year olds are free of charge.

fastpasess i dont think it will even need fastpasses however busy it gets, it is by far the fastest loading ride ive ever been on. I cant wait to ride it 2 weeks to go!

I would spend the end of the second day at whichever of the parks you spent the morning at on the first day. eg if you go epcot/mgm then second day should be AK/epcot or vice versa.
