Also guest services just told me they implemented their emergency cancellation policy as of right now... Cancellations allowed with no penalties.

On the phone with guest services now.... No priority seating or anything else has been cancelled at the present time. The official word is that they are monitoring the storm and normal cancellation policies apply.
