In order of distance: Clermont (four corners or citrus ridge to be more specific), Celebration, Lake Buena Vista, Windermere, Champion’s Gate. Anywhere else, expect a commute in the 45 min or longer range.
whoops. I mean to say he is from San Jose.
in regards to flying or driving here, its up to you, but i can promise you will need a car because you have to drive EVERYWHERE. public transportation is practically non existent and distances are large. walking is not really an option.
COL is going up here tremendously. It may not compare to san jose (hubby is there) but just keep that in mind. I suggest you live near four corners area of clermont and commute (not far). Its much cheaper than orlando proper.
haha i didn't try those but i tried their butter beer (or what i call the equivalent of a butter beer) and it was terrible. the chocolate croissant i had was dry and the sandwiches at hospital cafeterias are better.
Glad I didnt let opinions sway me on Crystal Palace. I went in expecting Golden Corral, and it was a pleasantly surprising buffet. It was very good and glad we went because the kids enjoyed the characters. it was a win win.
I am planning on transferring to a new role in 6 months. Does anyone know what the raises look like at disney? How often they are? What roles pay more? What kind of transfer can we make in 6 months?
I would say if you are on a waitlist it is likely you will not be hired. I interviewed end of may and got hired on the spot. My position is merchandise part-time.
