Transferring after 6 mos

I am planning on transferring to a new role in 6 months. Does anyone know what the raises look like at disney? How often they are? What roles pay more

Raises are currently being discussed between union leaders and Disney. If you google 'wdw union contract' you can view the entire contract that most cast members currently work under along with hourly ranges for every position within the bargaining unit (which covers nearly 40,000 hourly cast members).

Unless something has changed...raises are largely insignificant. And they did away with job title specification in most cases by the late 90’s and went with low investment, “interchangeable” work force theory...which also kept wages down but increased turnover.

Thanks everyone. Now that im actually working more in my role I realize I can forget about pay being a motivation for moving around in roles.
