Disneyland vs. Magic Kingdom poll(only those who have been to both)

I just got back from Disneyland and I was shocked at how low the wait times are there. We got on every single ride + all the rides in California Adventure in one day. Things better at Disneyland: -Pirates -It's a small world -Space Mountain -Big Thunder Things worse: -Haunted Mansion...

    Insanity Pricing Officially Reached

Exactly. We love Wilderness Lodge, but for $200 cheaper we can stay at the Marriott World Center and have excellent service and cleaner facilities. Plus they have Netflix/Hulu which is great after a long day in the parks.

Does Anyone Ever Think About This?

    First Trip as a Couple

I personally am not a fan of Poly. We stayed there in 2014 I think and I'm not sure if our expectations were too high, but I don't think so. It wasn't very maintained and I felt like I was in the 1970s whenever we would go to our room. On the opposite side, we have stayed at port orleans several...

    Club level at AK

We stayed AKL club level in 2015. We really enjoyed it! We ate breakfast every morning in the lounge, got some afternoon snacks/appetizers, had a few drinks, and always stopped by at night for dessert. I think it actually saved us a ton of money in food. The room was great. we got a little...

    Then vs. Now: Your observations

Then: Maelstrom was an exciting ride to see while at Epcot, made you want to go see Norway. You were able to get in under 30 minutes Now: Frozen mania has taken over with no chance to ride it unless you have a Fastpass

    Service has gone down.

I would have to agree. I noticed this past September when I went that the cast members working the food & wine kiosks acted like they were miserable. A lot of them were very unfriendly which was disappointing. However, everywhere else they seemed to be in good spirits so maybe they all just...

It's happening (September 2019)...Now to figure out all the details

Sounds like a great plan! For your Tuesday dinner at a resort I highly recommend any of the following: Sanaa-AKL-Great scenery and atmosphere. Not good for picky eaters though I'm afraid California Grill-Contemporary ($$$)-Excellent food, even better if you can score a table at MK fireworks...

    Hate for childless Disney fans

Lately I feel like I have been seeing more and more hate for those Disney fans that are childless. Between twitter and Facebook-I see people making fun of those adults who vacation at Disney without kids. My husband and I do not have kids yet, and some of our favorite trips have been to WDW...

    Being Drunk in the World

My husband got severe food poisoning one night at Epcot. Threw up 3 times in a plastic bag on our way out of the park as we were trying to rush out. Everyone assumed he was drunk and they were making comments towards us-both of us were stone cold sober not a drink all day. But I’m sure the...
