Imagine paying the huge room charge to stay at a moderate hotel and then getting socked with an additional 20.00 a day like there is some other choice to park. Why not just raise the stay price to include it so it doesn't seem like such a rip off.

If you replace the monorail it has to be something very state of the art. The monorail is iconic and makes Disney what it is today. When you first see the monorail it tells you you are somewhere special.

I have to say I live near Disney and freinds that come to visit now are going to universal more than Disney. This is what their kids want to do. When they return the comments are very very good about their experience. I can see a day where universal bites into disneys market share.

Disney needs to take care of what they have now before they acquire more than they can handle. All of their parks need attention even beyond the new content. Fighting a war as you say can cause you to stretch yourself to thin and lose big time.

Stay off site, bring your snacks and drink boxes if possible. If you go to Epcot most of the resturants have outdoor quick service which usually serves the same food as the sit down one at half the cost.

The monorails are just part of the overall maintenance issues. If they were replacing them one at a time over the past ten years it would not be such a capital outlay all at once that seems to be the reason for not doing it. the monorails are iconic symbols of Disney, if management doesn't...
