Everest is so much better at night!

They walk around and sell shots in the queues (not complaining at all) as opposed to having to walk from Country to Country in WS, it makes it a lot easier to get drunk. On a related note, the Jello shots were excellent!

I've been planning on going for almost a year now, and I'm hoping to make it all day! What is a good time to arrive at the TTC to make rope drop? I've never been to the MK rope drop before.

I believe the Desserts and champagne kiosk was there last year. I remember getting a glass of champagne and turning around to watch the show from next to the booth.

Around here at night time, its not uncommon to see two or three cruisers sitting together on the side of the road. A few weeks ago I saw four police vehicles pulling one car over on I-Drive/Universal Boulevard. Mostly its for safety, but it could also be for a speed trap.

You might find the ride inappropriate, but I never saw it that way at all. It was just a fun little dark ride that happened to end up in Hell, which was a satire of the outcome of Toad's actions throughout the story.

I saw the original version, and I prefer it over the current one. From what I remember, the end of the show was the same as it is now - all that was changed was the storyline.

The parks are generally slower in Octobre, so you won't have to worry too much about crowds - I've never been to EMH, but I'm assuming there won't be a huge crowd of people there. Factor in wait/ride/load/unload/travel times, and you should be able to do everything in about 3 hours.

I was there that day and we were stuck in the armory in the queue for at least 15 minutes. Its funny, because my dad and I blamed the breakdown on George right after we heard the announcement! The Spaceship Earth apparitions are new to me, but I'll have to keep an eye out for them today.

Its not a bad idea for them to explore. If done right, they could attract families with teenagers and comic book fans. I don't see anything like that being built near a park, but maybe around DTD though.

Last year they opened it up a couple of days early, but like all soft openings its not guaranteed. I'm sure if you are in WS a day or two early, you may get to sample a few booths.

From what I've heard, the Millenium Village houses the catering kitchens that service the entire resort, so they wouldn't be able to use the space for something like F&W/F&G.

As much as I loved spending time in WOL and would love to see it return, we have to face the facts: its now a Festival/Special Events Centre and it looks to stay that way permanently (permanently meaning until they build another space they can hold special events).
