We stayed at the Fairfield Inn by Marriott in '05. We thought it was a nice hotel with very friendly staff. It is very close to HoJo's, which is across the street from Disneyland. We would stay there again. No continental breakfast though.

We loved WL as well. In February we did not have to stop at FW on the boat. We went straight to and from MK and we never seemed to have to wait very long. According to a CM at WL it may be faster to take the bus to MK in the morning because of the crowds heading for the boats. Just a...

We really enjoyed everything about WL. The pool area was great and they do have a slide. Our kids liked the quiet pool as well. The boat service was very efficient. The ride was nice and didn't take long at all.

What if you checked the menu online for each of your restaurants beforehand then decide what to do. They may have alternatives that would work for you or could be carried out easily. Just a thought.

In February we stayed in 5158 overlooking the quiet pool, villa side. It was very quiet and relaxing. We took the lodge tour one morning. A very nice older gentleman named Stan gave the tour and pointed out alot of things I never would have noticed on my own. Enjoy your trip!

We had a wonderful housekeeper at WL named Mimi. She left all sorts of towel animals and stock piled me up on shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion. We gave her $3 a day and a $5 the last day.
