We will not be bringing our ipad to the parks. I do carry my camera, and the kids have their phones, but while we are on vacation I want to enjoy what we are doing. The phones are put away. They can sit around on the iPads, I touches, cell phones, laptops and all of that crap when we get home.

Yes, they do suck us in, but in this case I don't mind being called a sucker! I have never looked back and wished that I would have stayed at home and saved that money. I can't say the same for other family vacations that we have made to other destinations.

The room is more important to me, not that we spend much time in it but I want to be comfortable when we do. My kids don't swim much while we are there anyway so they would even pick the room over the pool.
