Just as reliable as any other form of Disney transportation. Boats generally run about an hour after park closing. Depending on the time of night, if one park has been closed for an hour, the boat will run only from the park that is open to the creasant lake resorts. The wait for a boat at DHS...

I doubt you would make you ADR. Holidays are notorious for flight delays. You are going at a very busy time of year. The parks will be standing room only. I would make a later ADR if possible.

The OP specifically asked for a 1 credit meal. Yachtsman is signature dining so 2 credits. And I must agree with @Tiggerish I have never once seen anyone dining with a swimsuit on or “straight from the pool”. My vote is for Grand Floridian Cafe.
