You can order 60 days in advance or when you arrive, pay when you arrive, find your own table and fill your own drinks. Then a server will deliver your food to your table when it's ready.

I would always pre-order. It’s different to mobile ordering, a button will pop up when it’s open to pre-order, and you can change it up to at least an hour before.
But when you go to check in, you go to a kiosk on the left of the bridge, get given a rose and go straight to the pay line, to check and pay. Everyone else, those who didn’t pre-order get to wait in a looong line for a booth to become free and then order and pay! Might as well pre-order IMO!
So do you still need to make reservations for this? And can you still inside the restaurant?

Its quick service during lunch.
If you cant get a reservation dont worry. You can just arrived to the restaurant early... minutes after the breakfast hour ends. And you will get a table for sure.
I preffer not making the MDE app order... i like interact with the cast members
The BEST plate there its the pork with vegetables !! The sandwiches or other things, my family didnt like it

I would not count on that. Every time we've been there for lunch they've turned people away who didn't have reservations. I've seen people turned away when we checked in at 10:55 for a 11:00 reservation in the past. When we were there last month, we were checking in for our ADR a little after 11:00 and there were people walking up asking if they could get in without a reservation and they were told that everyone needs a reservation and they should check the MDE app for availability. Heard the CMs saying the same thing an hour later when we were finished and leaving the restaurant. If someone wants to have lunch at BOG, they should make an ADR. There's a tiny chance if they are there during a slow time and only a party of 2, they *might* -- if they're super lucky -- be able to get in without an ADR, but it's not a frequent thing and there is absolutely no guarantee it will happen (and a far greater chance that it won't happen).
As far as pre-ordering, I highly recommend it. It will cut down significantly on the wait time. And you still get to interact with a CM at check-in as they go over your order and make changes if needed and process your payment/dining plan credits. We usually wait to pre-order until the night before or even the morning of our reservation.

Yes. You need an ADR to eat any meal at BOG. If you are having lunch (and I think breakfast works the same way), the option to pre-order will open up in your MDE account 30 days prior to your ADR. You can order any time from then until I think about an hour before your ADR time.

To clarify, yes. BOG is unusual, in that although it is a QS restaurant for breakfast and lunch (by which it means you can use QS credits), you can make reservations. And you should do if you want to be sure of eating there.
They introduced this hybrid system because of demand. Although it is theoretically possible to get a walk-up, you would be very lucky to do so.

Absolutely false. Why give the OP false hope. BOG has been known not to accept walk in guests at all.Its quick service during lunch.

Oh I know. No worries. I’ve been to BOG before & saw them turning away plenty of people.
