Before we had kids we always took the buses. We took our time and didn't mind the buses or waiting and if in a hurry we took a cab. But then one time we rented a car and have never looked back. You really save so much time driving yourself and the thought of waiting for a bus with the kids...

Get a passport in Epcot and have it stamped in all of the pavilions, it's actually really cool. Also, have you done Kim Possible? We have so much fun doing this and always wind up seeing something we've never seen before. The way it's integrated into the pavilions is really smart.

I wouldn't suggest this if you carry credit card balances, but if you pay everything in full every month then the Disney Visa has a great option. For most packages they give you six months of 0% financing for your package. This way if you book last minute you can still have time to pay it off...

I have an 8yr old and a 4yr old and they will frequently split a meal. I for one don't like to waste food or money when I know MY kids aren't hungry enough to eat a whole meal. Figure out how much you're likely to spend buying meals for your three yr old and put it on a disney gift card...

We're going the same time frame. We were lucky enough to get a reservation but only because it's the 9th day of our vacation and we logged in at 6am on our 180th day. We took what was offered and considered ourselves extremely lucky. I hope you can get in.:xmas:
