Queso fundido returns to WDW!

What's queso fundido? I'm looking for some new food to try on my next trip...I'm guessing there's cheese involved (woo hoo for elementary Spanish in college )

It is a wonderful appetitizer that they used to serve at the San Angel Inn Restaurant. It's melted cheese with chorizo (Mexican Sausage) and grilled peppers. One of the great things was how the server would come out and prepare it for you at the table. It was a really nice touch and had a wonderful flavor. They haven't served it for about 5 years or more. I doubt that the new restaurant will serve it with the same flare, but I'm looking forward to being able to enjoy it again regardless.

I was just going to make the same post!!!

I guess we'll need to make a change to our December ADRs. Queso Fundido was great! I hope they'll still make them at the table, it wasn't the same when you were just given the plate of cheese.

I wonder when they'll start taking ADRs..............
