Getting to MK from AK - travel time/best way

Party guests are admitted from 4pm. Not sure about the quickest way but the only way from AK straight to MK is bus.

Earl of Sandwich or Wolfgang Puck qs?

Both very good but WP edges it for us and, as you said, better value on the DDP too. I found EoS very busy last time we were there, WP was less frenetic when we ate an early dinner.

Too many ADR's? I've got a shy kid here...

Those are great ADRs. BoG is gorgeous and so much to see in there, plus you get to meet the Beast as you leave. My boys loved meeting Lilo and Stitch at Ohana and Tusker was a favourite of us all - we have an 8am ADR there for this October, as well as one for Crystal Palace. We tend to have a...

October 2016 - Low crowds and low humidity?

We go in October because we get 2 weeks school holidays in Scotland mid October. The weather is great and we saw next to no rain on our last trip - a light misting for 10 minutes one night. Shorts and t-shirt weather, hot but nice. The crowds were manageable - we like to be there for rope drop...

    First experience dining itinerary

We love LTT. The food is great and they keep bringing you more of what you like but they're closed when we're there in Oct. BoG is gorgeous and the food is good-the beast only greets at dinner. We enjoyed Crystal Palace for breakfast and scored 8am reservations for this trip, not a castle...

Did I just plan too long of a trip?

Not at all. There's so much to see just in the 4 parks alone, never mind the water parks, DTD, touring the other resorts and all the other things on offer at WDW. Because you have three weeks you can afford to take your time and spread things out. Have a fab holiday!

Funny thing happened after I cancelled our WDW trip...

We fly because we're UK! But you certainly don't need a car for Uni and I believe you have to pay for parking at the resort hotels. I think it's about $20 a night. I know! Still love WDW but have switched up from 4 nights Uni and 10 WDW to 7 nights each this trip. Can't beat express passes...

Best Places for multiple character MG??

The Art of Animation building in HS but you have to queue for each. We met Sorcerer Mickey, Minnie in her dressing room, Mr Incredible and Frozone and Vanelope and Ralph but I believe you meet Hiro and Baymax instead of them now.

    Must-see shows?

We loved Nemo! FotLK was amazing but I think Nemo edges it for us.

How strict is the 48inch rule at CBR kids splash area

My son was 9 at the time and was just over the 50". He played happily with his little brother. Think it is more about minding little ones and behaving sensibly as @Master Yoda says.

    DLP pearls?

Can't say I ever saw one but there is a jewellery shop in the castle that is well worth a look.

    Your Opinions Needed!

We're trying beaches for first time in Oct. It's a really small place so think that may affect availability.

    'Ohana or 1900 for Breakfast?

Enjoyed both. My 2 boys loved meeting stitch at ohana which was our main reason for booking. Food was good but we preferred the buffet at 1900. The characters were fab at 1900-funny and great interactions-but Mary Poppins and Alice couldn't compete with Stitch!!

    Question about CBR.

They don't always start at the same stop. I'm not sure what the loop is but it isn't always the same depending where the bus is coming from and going to. I know we had issues in Trinidad South (pirate rooms) so we walked down to Port Royale, got breakfast and got the bus there. It was often...

CSR(with a rehab going on) vs. CBR

Don't know much about CSR but CBR pool is fab for little ones. The wet playground is right by the pool for them to come and go easily, the hot tub is great and the theming is brilliant. The resort is very spread out. Next time I would request a building close to the amenities (including the...

    ADR Alteratives

We got everything we wanted online at 6am (11am here in UK) 180+10 days for our October trip. I started by selecting the ones I knew would be harder to get like 8am breakfast at CP and at Tusker then moved onto Ohana dinner and so on. We got a Chef Mickey breakfast for our last day. I wasn't...

    Bang for a Buck

I agree with @danpam1024 . Dining at Uni is much less of a stress. We enjoyed the food. We got a real kick out of eating a krusty burger at a table in Moe's Tavern. The portion sizes were decent enough to share 2-3 qs between the 4 of us, especially in the heat. I think the prices were...

I need review on disney land paris

DLP is much more compact than WDW. There are 6 onsite hotels ranging fom value to deluxe. All are within walking distance of the parks. There are also partner hotels that are also close by. Transport to and from the parks is easy from the partner hotels but you don't get early entry (usually...

Sharing quick service meals on DDP

We got two breakfast platters and shared them between the 4 of us (2 adults, 2 kids) because there was just so much on the plate, but watch you're actually using the QS credits each day. Between the heat, the amount of food and my silly notion we might run out of credits and have to pay oop (the...
