It's not nearly as fast as rock n roller coaster or as extreme. You aren't rocketed during the launch either. Take a look at a youtube video. My family love it, even my coaster-phobic husband enjoyed it. He's been on a few times but won't do rock n roller or space mountain.

We did an end of breakfast/beginning of lunch slot at TH. There was a mix of breakfast and lunch items. Plenty of food but not necessarily breakfast, think they were replacing finished breakfast dishes with lunch stuff.
