how bad will the wait be for mgm rides...

When it comes to hitting the rides its always best to hit RNR and TOT first, after that I woule probably hit Backlot Tour (when its open) then head on to GMR, You shouldnt have to worry too much about catching muppets, star tours, and indy as lines for those are usually small to medium...

New Food Rocks/Kitchen Kaberet with Weird Al

That has to be one of the coolest ideas for a Disney attraction as I am a huge Weird Al fan and I beleive that would have been a great way to jazz up the show alas it is not to be, i could just imagine that pre-show video " And then everything just turned bad when little Johnny ruined his...

    Traditional ANimation

I agree that the musical animated feature does need to make a comeback BUT only if the story should be told that way. My personal hope is that Home on the Range is just the worst trailer ever. That the marketing just goofed up and all the footage i have seen so far is taken completely out of...

Disney World's Segway Restriction Upsets Disabled

I can tell you one thing from my experiences at working MGM's Super Soap Weekend and that is I would rather have a bunch of segways after me then ECV'S:) For now it seems Segways are still very much in the minor when it comes to disabled people using them so expect Disney to follow their...

    A Bad Experience

While i have always thought Disney has given very good guest service every once in a while you hit a snag. More than likely it was a communication mixup which can happen pretty easy considering the limited amount of backstage access at the resorts. As for the Guest Services person who told you...

    Typhoon Lagoon Question

    Finally - Aladdin DVD news!

Glad to hear Aladdin is finally getting released on DVD, kind of upset to hear that the IMAX release is looking unlikely, i really liked seeing Lion King and Fantasia 2000 in IMAX and i bet Aladdin would have looked great on the gigantic screen.

I NEVER want Fantasmic to leave WDW - anyone else?

Me personally I've never been a huge fan of Fantasmic, i dont think its an awful show but it could use some changes such as cutting down on the water screens (Near the end of the show I feel like i'm staring at them forever) also they could definitely change the Pocahontas scene as it doesnt...

    The ExtraTERRORestrial Alien Encounter

I miss Alien Encounter, I was their for the final ride:( very emotional cast members after the show, it may not have been a roller coaster thrill ride but i think it delivered the magic even if it was a little dark

Creativity brings Nemo to life at Epcot

Personally i think a total Nemo overlay is necessary for the Living Seas and is a very good move at synergy. Also Disney can advertise this as a new experience (not costing 150 million aka Mission Space). Kids come to Disney to have fun and as we all saw last year kids AND adults had a heck of...

I have some great news for you all

Hmm you know I've always wanted them to do a geico commercial like this Doctor: Well son I have to tell you something, your father is dead, your mother is dead, your close and not so close relatives are dead, your cat mittens and dog Rufus are in critical condition no wait sorry their dead...

    Life After Pixar

I think visually that Disney could pull off Toy Story 3 but story wise they hardly have a prayer. I remember when Dinosaur came out at my local theater, for the first 20 minutes up until the meteor attack, people were just ooing and aweing like you would never believe, heck I even heard one...

    all star or pop century

While for the most part they are identical i would choose Pop Century, its a bit closer to most of the parks and is newer with some slight improvements from the all star resorts.

    Wrong choice?

I stayed at the boardwalk once, it was very nice but unfortunately a bit too expensive for repeat visits, it is great though right next door to epcot, across the street from MGM and just a short drive away to nearly everything on the resort.

First they ruin Disney Channel, and now they're starting to ruin Toon Disney...

Well looks like Disney may as well change Toon Disney to Disney2, I must say this quite annoying as a cartoon channel is supposed to be with CARTOONS, it would be different if the power rangers were only partly live action but no, oh well:brick:

Autism & the Special Assistance Card at WDW

Well DisneyfanMom, I am a seasonal CM myself so I thought you might like to know that just a few months ago WDW switched its Special Assistance Pass and its now known as a Guest Assistance Pass. Just remember at guest relations to tell them precisely what assistance you will need during the day...

    enclosing primeval whirl?

You know i actually am a fan of Primeval Whirl myself, since it is the first wild mouse coaster at Disney, although i do agree it does need a better refined story (especially in the queue, this isnt that expensive Disney) and does need to be enclosed just as the lion king show was a few months...

    Tiki Room On High Alert!

Good news on the tiki room front, according to mouseplanet.com (quite a reliable site if i do say so) Tiki room is going under rehab for only two months and i do beleive that is scarcely enough time to get the new management show into the tiki room, so i think we can all breathe a little easier...
