I don't think IX will necessarily drop at the same rate as VIII. TFA was a once in a lifetime, lighting in a bottle type event. So a steep drop off is inevitable. Future releases will behave more typically. Maybe then you see that 10-15 percent dropoff. Or, maybe even growth if everyone out...
