I get paid 7.83 an hr. (College program students get paid a few cents less since min. wage increased this year, LOL...) Each shift is 6 hours. Takes me 40 minutes to get there WITHOUT traffic. Leave 1.5 hours before work. After taxes, about 40 bucks a day. And they talk about overtime pay...

I can probably do it... I speed walk through the parks like it's nothing. It does depend on the season also.. if it's peak season, probably not. Wouldn't do it though... I'm not fond of all the attractions at MK lol.

I'm surprised no one here has mentioned the nasty smell on the monorail. Seriously smells like sewage, so nasty. I'm wondering if it's people's BO or what... like where does the smell come from!!!

Magic kingdom!!!!!!!!! The rides at Epcot leaves a little more to be desired.

Expedition Everest or Tower of Terror. To close down those rides would make the park they're in lose the "heart".

Bitter people. These people are probably the same people that tell their 3 year old child that Santa clause and the tooth fairy aren't real. It makes people happy, I don't understand the complaints about it being a big commercial machine or how it's too out of touch with the real world. Lord...

It's all about the rides for me. This is why I don't really like to go to Epcot - the lack of rides (or good ones.) I'm not really into sight seeing at a theme park.

LMAO, I love how people make such a big deal when it rains at WDW. Like come on... it's rain water.. it's not gonna kill you. Wish it rained every time I go so that I could avoid the crowds.

Honestly, for folks who are thinking of moving to Orlando just for Disney - well, don't. Unless you're old and retiring and have nowhere else you desire to be, then go for it. It gets dull pretty quick once you go every so often. I've been going once a week but I needed a huge break from it...

I never hated Disney, but before I was able to take a trip, I never cared for it. I thought it was just a place for little kids and all they had were kiddie rides like the Teacups or Dumbo. Let's just say after my first trip, I became a little obsessed and applied for a job there.
