Does anyone recall what time of day this was announced last year? I seem to remember about mid-morning I started seeing posts.

I'm starting to think that we may not be getting our expected offer....at least not today. I checked the Visa site, various travel companies, Disney, and some other fan sites to no avail. Hoping for a 9:00 AM release time maybe.

So, today was supposed to be the rumored day that Disney Visa card holders would be allowed to book for free dining but I haven't heard anything yet. Has anyone?
