The Fabled "Characterpalooza"

So I've been hearing a lot of talk about DHS's "Characterpalooza" and I have a clear idea on what it is, but do they still even have it?

I know it's supposed to be a "secret", but have the characters from Fantasmic actually came out for M&G recently as of this month?

Kenny is spot on about times he lists. The characters that come out for palooza aren't guaranteed, but he also gives a list of who you might see.

Yes they still have Character Palooza, and all the info can be found here. Kenny is always spot on with the times and characters. I have met many characters here, especially more of the unusual ones!

They're not exactly what I'd call common either. If it were a D&D encounter table, the DM would have to roll really well to get those characters to surprise the party with.

Actually, my main interest was Planescape, so I'd probably use one of the Upper Planes encounter tables.
