    Parents with Infants...

Are you taking a 2 mo old and a 14 mo old? Or is it 2 children that are both 14 mos old? Anyway, as long as you are flexible, you'll have a blast. Remember to give them plenty of water. They will probably love the little playgrounds (like the Pooh one in MK). Be aware that many 1 year...

    Fort Wilderness Campground question

We've not taken a motorhome (just our pull camper), but I'm pretty certain that they are all back-in sites. I also recall that you can get a partial (water & electric) or full hook-up (water, electric, sewer & cable) - which you would obviously want. It's the best campground we've ever stayed at.

    Take my own crown?

Ok, I'm starting to think I may want to let 3 of my daughters get this done (the 1 yo can wait til another trip!). Can anyone give me more info - particularly the cheaper options (we gotta eat, ya know). Or maybe direct me to another thread. Also, the pic looks as if she got her make-up...

    Sept. Love Bug Forecast?

That link was interesting, but I would also love some practical tips on repelling them from my camper (or anything else). Last year (last week of Sept) there were some afternoons that felt like Hitchcock movies.

    Late August-bugs in Orlando?

We, too, have never had a need for the bug repellant. I guess it's just too blessed hot for mosquitos. But I sure hate the love bugs. If anyone has any advice for repelling them (off the camper, for instance) - I'd love to hear it.

    Infant clothing?

I've found the clothes (and other items) that I have bought at WDW - as well as the Disney store - to be of varying quality, but almost always quite good. 2 comments, though - #1 - Remember that BABIES GROW SO FAST. So it is difficult to know how long their clothes last, because they don't...

    April or October???

Easter or Spring Break is crazy crowded. October is not. So if the crowds are an issue for you - go with October. As for Easter, I am not aware of Disney doing anything. Either way - have fun!

    What's Up With The Robinsons?

I loved the movie. My kids loved it. I understand that some others didn't. I liked the point that all Disney movies (most movies in general, for that matter) bring up some sort of issue or questions for our children. The adoption of our daughter brought up so many questions for our other...

    Streetmosphere Characters

If I'm not mistaken, they aren't actual Disney characters. They are "actors" putting on a mini-show on the streets of MGM-Disney Studios. It's for the "atmosphere" of Hollywood, I think. Or something like that.

    What's Up With The Robinsons?

So sorry. I didn't mean any harm. It's just as an adoptive parent, that was the part that was so special to me. I was using it to address one of the concerns that other adoptive parents may have about this movie. Again, I do apologize, and I did edit the post.

What resort activities can only be enjoyed by resort patrons?

They are open to all on-property guests, right?

How strict are they on dining reservations?

If your ADR is at a table for 10, could you at least change your reservation to a party of 10 (if you can't get 11)? We tried showing up with extra people for our D+ADRs at LTT once. It was a weekday at the end of Sept. They said "no problem", but then we waited FOREVER (ok, it just felt...

Has Epcot ever reached capacity on the 4th???

Correct me if I'm wrong, but if you're staying on property, they should let you in, even if they are "at capacity" - right? Or is this where those phases or categories come in? (I think I remember seeing a thread on that once).

    What's Up With The Robinsons?

We have an adopted child. We took our birth children to the movie (the adopted one is still too young to let us enjoy a movie!). We all loved it. I do understand, though, that it is a touchy subject and would bring about questions. Because of having an adopted child, it was somewhat...

Can someone desribe the green side of Mission Space to me?

HappyMom - My husband and I are exactly the same! He can do any thrill ride - but not the tea cups! I can barely handle the drop in PotC, but I love to spin! As for Mission: Space - My husband, 8yo and 5 yo rode the green side and said it was fun (and very tame). My 7yo and I waited with...

    Cribs at value resorts

No charge - you just have to request it. I agre that you should have them note it on your reservation.

    Guess who I spotted?!?!

   You guys have made my day! I can't wait to read this to my husband. Keep 'em coming.

Help! Crocs have Taken Over Disney!

I actually think they're kinda cute. But I do not claim to have any fashion sense whatsoever. You have now convinced me to buy Disny ones for my daughters for our next trip. I have not seen them at the Disney store - where can I find them before we go?

    Backpack Carriers in Disney?

Ok, looks like I'm alone in being an advocate of the backpacks. We really have gotten alot of use out of them, though - and plan to again in September! We don't wear it all day, we use the stroller, too. But if you have to wait in line, it can be tough, because you have to park your stroller...
