What resort activities can only be enjoyed by resort patrons?

The wife and I were just talking about the hayride at Ft Wilderness and the campfire with Chip & Dale. She thinks that the hayride, and possibly the campfire, are only for guests of Ft Wilderness, whereas I was inclined to believe that anyone can participate. I know many resort activities are open to guests whether they are staying at that resort or not. So, if my wife is right, and those activities are only for Ft Wilderness guests (or even if she isn't right), what other activities are also only open to patrons of that resort? Is she correct regarding the hayride?

Those are open to all guests.

Its usually the pools and gyms that are restricted. Usually if there is a charge for it, its open to anyone.

AFAIK, the only activity like that that requires you to be a guest is the AK Sunrise Safari (and concierge at that).

Anything else?
