Numbers of MB with DVC Reservation

My family and I had that same exact problem in May, prior to MB's, but with the KttW cards. We had 3 separate reservations, because I wasn't able to secure the same room on points (had to pay cash) near the end of our stay; and subsequently, we were given 3 resort cards. To say that whole...

    60 days urgent?

Did you know you can renew over the phone? In lieu of waiting until your arrival (if that indeed is your plan), I would call to renew once you have your Disney Rewards card in hand. Sooner, rather than later, IF you can. During my most recent trip in February, we were able to change FP's on...

So it's impossible to fastpass Test Track and Soarin' for the same day?

I know how you feel…my family and I were extremely bummed when we found out that both TT & Soarin' were in 'Tier 1.' However, here's how we got to do both on the same day on our most recent trip in February: -Selected Soarin' for our FP+ for 10:50-11:50 a.m.. -Arrived at EP for 9 a.m...

Numbers of MB with DVC Reservation

Unfortunately, I think you're going to have to call. I had that problem once, where I for some reason had to make a couple of reservations at the same resort. I then called DVC membership line and a CM was able to roll everything into one reservation…however, I had to hold my breath, hoping...

    Resort info, please. :)

TIP: during your stay at VGF, cut thru Poly to get to TTC when getting the monorail to EP. It's much faster than hopping the resort monorail from GF. On the way back though, the time is negligible if a resort monorail is sitting there at the TTC welcoming you to ride.

The Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian

I just got back from a week long stay at the VGF, and here's what I observed in terms of transportation: 1. Walk to resort monorail: 5 min. stroll from our 6th floor room to GF lobby. Remember, you must go inside the main building to the 2nd floor as there is NO other way to get up there...

    BOG without Fastpass+?

I think you should be fine. When I was there earlier this week, the line to get into BOG during lunch was not too bad, and I overheard a CM estimate the wait time at no more than 20 min.. As you're probably aware, the thing that takes the longest and holds up the line: deciding what to order!

    Our Family Experience with MB's & FP+

Additional Info: I would take a photo via my iPhone of our FP's for that day, and then text it to the rest of my travel party. That way, if MDE app was acting up, I could still pull up our times. Worked like a charm!

    Magic band Rash

I, too, kept mine on either my PP+ lanyard or in a mini pouch inside my park bag. I could only wear my band for half of the day, because I am not used to wearing a watch.

    Our Family Experience with MB's & FP+

In lieu of a massive TR, I've decided to write mini experiences placed in their appropriate forums...and this happens to be first on my list to 'write home about.' Our family vacation was scheduled for Feb. 7-15th, with park touring days falling between Feb. 8-13th for a party of 9. We...

HS or AK with 4 yr old twins?

I'd vote for AK, and here's why: 1. Safari…'nuf said. 2. Rafiki's Planet Watch: a "behind the scenes" look at what CM and animals do on a daily basis…there's even an operating room you can look in on (last time we were there, they brought in a Stingray to check on her pregnancy). 3. Pangani...

    Trip Club February 2014

Yeah, I've been checking for over a week now, to no avail. Maybe there was a lapse in the system in my favor the first time around…then IT got wise? ;)

    Trip Club February 2014

Did you get an email with a personal invite? The reason I ask is: I followed the link so generously posted by other forum members and was able to secure a FP+ for Feb. 12th, arriving around 1:55 p.m.. However, when I went back to the link to add our meal selections, I kept getting this...

    Grand Floridian Villas

My family and I are scheduled to arrive at VGF in only 23 days! We will be staying in a dedicated 2-bedroom, standard-view room. I will be sure to put together a resort TR when we return…from, "Is it faster to walk thru Poly to TTC to pick up the EP monorail?" to, "How much did the monorail...

    Memory Maker

I've been watching this thread since @disneygirl76 started it in December, because I, too, had the same concern: already bought PP+ in advance, prior to the switch to My Memory Maker. After reading the responses, I wanted to reconfirm everything, so I called Disney PhotoPass service, and here's...

    Experience with Wheel Chairs

Hi Good folks of WDWMagic forums! We have an upcoming family trip to the World in only 34 days…our travel party consists of 6 a., 3 c., and we're staying at the Villas at the Grand Floridian!! However, my DH and I are a bit hesitant in displaying our full-on- "WE'RE GOING TO DISNEY...

    Stroller substitute for older kids

Not exactly sure why wagons are not allowed, but I could venture a guess that it has something to do with the 'foldability' of it and that it's a trailer of sorts (also prohibited). I live near an amusement park in Central PA and they offer wagons to rent in addition to 70's-esque-type...

    AKL and balloons??

You will actually have to leave it all Bell Services and pick it up at the end of your stay…or, sadly, you will have to deflate it. Balloons and plastic straws are not allowed on property there, or at AK park.

Need a Stroller for a 4 year old

If you are renting from those sites I listed, you can select a delivery time with Kingdom Strollers and Orlando Strollers (Magic Strollers deliver @ 10 a.m. & pick up @ 2 p.m. on your selected check-out date). Your stroller will be waiting at Bell Services (as mentioned by @HouCuseChickie )...

Need a Stroller for a 4 year old

We've actually rented from Kingdom Strollers and Magic Strollers (haven't tried Orlando Strollers, but heard good things as well), and have had success with both sites!! They offer City Mini strollers to rent, the kind you can fold with one hand. Those particular strollers will hold a larger...
