It looks like it's closed! I never thought I'd see crowds that small at Magic Kingdom!

    Bob Iger compensation for 2013

As Curtis James Jackson III (better know by his stage name 50 cent) once said... "Get rich or die tryin" Just kidding :joyfull: I couldn't have a conversation with you about this if I tried, my knowledge of economics is equal to that of a monkey's. I'm sure there are some issues when it comes...

    Bob Iger compensation for 2013

I never said it was good for the company. Even if his salary does lead to the end of TWDC (which I highly doubt it will) he still comes out a winner, so congratulations to him. But for us and all the employees sake, lets hope that never happens.

    Bob Iger compensation for 2013

Good for him! Sure, I wish Disney executives would invest more in new attractions, but I think anyone who can make that much money in a year (legally) deserves to be congratulated.

The OLD ICS and the ACS

You are chosen at birth depending on your neurological and physical traits. Then after years of extensive training you encounter 3 death defying tasks. If you are lucky enough to survive all 3 you enter a raffle, where you have a 1 in 10,000,000 chance of being the person who gets to choose a...

    A UFO Has (Crashed) Landed!

Disneyland is my all time favorite park. I agree, the PotC and Small World are vastly superior there. I feel a lot more "Walt" in the attractions and lands there, if that makes sense. That's kind of what I was saying, CoP is the only attraction I get that vibe from at WDW. Your post made me do...

    A UFO Has (Crashed) Landed!

I know Walt played a part in more than CoP, that just feels like his attraction to me. I don't know if it's the way it expresses his vision for the future, or just the fact it has his name on the facade. I just know I adore it and think removing it would be like spitting on his corpse. PotC and...

    A UFO Has (Crashed) Landed!

CoP, in my opinion, is the last connection Walt Disney World has to Walt Disney. I hope that I never have to see the day where it gets replaced. I was just making a joke on my last comment, nice concept.

Saving Mr. Banks. Going to see it or not?

I can't wait to see wether she lets Disney make Mary Poppins or not!

    A UFO Has (Crashed) Landed!

I think you posted this early, there's still 102 days until April fools. Unless you're actually serious about replacing CoP, but that couldn't be it :hilarious:

Why Disney is better than Universal and other amusement parks...

I agree. AK to me is the best entrance in the US, maybe even the world. It tells a real story and sets a great mood. Port of Entry is average in my opinion. It looks cool and has some neat details but I don't think it can really prepare you for the Journey since you turn straight into Seuss or...

Disney and Universal: Two very different paths

I personally feel that a movie based area cannot take this title. To me it's more of a re-creation than a theme. I'm not saying that WWoHP isn't great. I'm sure many people would agree with you. But I honestly think 70% of the praise it gets for its theming is because everyone loves stepping...

Saving Mr. Banks. Going to see it or not?

Wow. I was expecting it to be a low budget feel good film but if it's being ranked next to Gravity and The Wolf of Wall Street it must be pretty darn good!

    Huey, Dewey and Louie

Here's some pictures I found if anyone's feeling nostalgic. I didn't dig very deep so if anyone has more to share please do, looks like a cool area.

    The Universal Rumors thread

With the right people behind them, kiddie coasters can be epic. They allow for more storytelling opportunities than huge scale thrill rides. JP has a great E-Ticket, a smaller ride is exactly what the area needs. A carousel does seem odd to me, since there is one at Seuss Landing. Surely...

How realistic are the representations of each country in EPCOT?

I think ToyStorygirl was implying that American chocolate can't hold a candle to Cadbury or other foreign chocolates. As a person who has grown up with nothing but Cadbury and has frequently visited the US, I can understand where she's coming from. Hershey's just tastes cheap and artificial, but...

Next gen what are you waiting for

Watch Dogs, The Crew, The Division and Assassins Creed 4. I only buy open world games because they're the only games I find worth my money. Luckily most next gen games are open world, seems to be the trend. It's also odd that the only games I'm interested in buying this generation are Ubisoft...

    The New X-Box

Simpsons arcade is available on iPhone and maybe Android (not sure exactly) if you wanted to play it non-stop. I doubt it will ever come to home consoles.

Alice in Wonderland 2 - Tim Burton

And they should have stuck with Alfonso Cuaron after the third :( I guess it's too early to judge anyway. We'll have to wait and see :)
