    DISNEY CONSERVATION BUTTONS NEEDED!!

Disney has a "corporate citizenship" department that covers environmental sustainability and conservation. You could try contacting them and asking if they'd give you the buttons. 40 isn't that many...

    animal treatment at AK

Sorry, what "uneducated CNN produced documentaries" are you referring to? Your statement "animals do not have the same emotions or psychology as us" is really incorrect. First of all, a human is an animal; so is an ant, so is a dog, so is a salmon and so is an elephant. You can't generalize...

Why isn't there a Jungle Book attraction?

It's like you just listed all my favorite Disney movies :) Robin Hood could easily fit in Fantasyland, given the setting and era.

Why isn't there a Jungle Book attraction?

Well, a movie based on a Rudyard Kipling book fits in terms of the colonial theme. And I'm not sure I agree that anything could be a worse fit for AK than Pandora/Avatar. In and of itself it's fine, but it does NOT fit in AK, which, as you point out, is meant to celebrate animals that...

Guest assistance questions...no clue where to start

Not Disney related, but I thought your comment about migraines was interesting. It may be that the migraine caused the anxiety, not the other way round. Migraine is now understood not as a headache that you "get" but a lifelong condition that you "have". It's a neurological condition that can...

    Water Quality @ WDW

I detest the taste of Disney water but I have noticed that it changes over time. On some trips I literally could not bear to drink it. On my last trip it was bad but somewhat bearable, but the trip before that I remember thinking that the taste of the water had improved a lot. Who knows why...

Why isn't there a Jungle Book attraction?

I don't think that the Jungle Book and Adventureland have incompatible themes. In a sense, Mowgli is the ultimate adventurer. And while I know what you mean about shoving franchises down guests' throats, I think there was an opportunity to do a really great attraction that would have fit...

Why isn't there a Jungle Book attraction?

Ah, I forgot about that one! Thanks for the reminder. I never saw it at AK and am sad that it wasn't well-received. It's surprising to me because it has some of the best Disney songs in the canon as well as lovable characters.

Why isn't there a Jungle Book attraction?

It would be a natural fit for Adventureland or AK. Why is there nothing?

Why I like Aladdin's magic carpet ride, and other things

I agree with you on Snow White SA, the Swan Boats, and the Country Bears. But the Aladdin ride ruins what another poster aptly described as the evocative atmosphere of Adventureland.

    deleted

Not sure I'd describe a film about the importance of the environment as "a complete waste of time", especially in a park that's theoretically supposed to be about the future, community and progress.

Change to the Pirates early 2018

Household cats are responsible for killing tons of wildlife, in some cases to a problematic extent (severely depleting the population of some species). It's just a fact. But...what in the name of god does this have to do with anything?

What attractions to avoid for larger people?

I think your friend will be fine. Seven Dwarfs is tight, but I've read that larger people do manage it okay. I can't speak for Avatar because I couldn't get a fastpass for it (over the course of a long trip! but I digress) but again, previous threads about it indicate it's more about body...

Bonnet Creek reviews? (non-Disney resort on Disney property)

Yeah, it's really about how much your time is worth. I wouldn't have been happy if it had lasted all morning. In my recent experience, it was a significant enough amount of money that it was worth it, but as I said it was no more than 1.5 hours. The lazy rivers (there are two) are quite...

Bonnet Creek reviews? (non-Disney resort on Disney property)

I was there in October, first time staying off-property. If you have a car with you I would say go ahead and book it, no question. As others have said, the units are big, the pools are great, and the grounds in general were very attractive. But, and it's a big one, we did not have a car and...

Replace Grand fiesta tour with Cocoa

"Three birds". Sigh. Please do yourself a favour and watch the Three Caballeros or Saludos Amigos. They are amazing and represent a really fascinating era of Disney when the company was acting as an ambassador for the US in the Americas.

What pets outside of dogs should WDW allow in Hotel rooms?

Sorry, can you clarify what you mean by "classes"? I am afraid that you are referring to classes of people, but I can only hope that I'm mistaken. Because if you are suggesting that there is a correlation between income and how one cares for one's pets, then I will not waste any breath on...
