Hi... I was at WDW last weekend and picked up a pair of ears on Main Street for a friend of mine. I don't know what pricing is for a kid sized set of ears, but the adult sized hat was priced at $7.50 and was around $8 with tax.

Yes, you should be able to. I would call Disney and ask to be certain. In a similar situation, I stayed at Caribbean Beach and the Polynesian this past October using a friend's cast member discount. We split the bill at both resorts and each paid using our respective cards.
