It's not that bad. I was there Thanksgiving week for the last 2 years and the crowds were not that bad. No real long waits for rides either. Most of the resort decorations do not go up until the day before Thanksgiving but the parks are all decked out!

Magic Kingdom, DHS, and Animal Kingdom have all extended their hours, especially Thanksgiving week! Nov 22nd MK is open until midnight with EMH until 3:00 am.

They will all be up! I went last year and it is fully decorated by the Sunday before Thanksgiving! And the Osborne lights will be up and running by Nov 10th!
