Fantasyland Garbage Cans

The best themed trash cans are the ones by IASW in Disneyland...

Of course. Disneyland.

Came across a couple trash cans a few years ago that are right next to each other, themed totally differently from each other, and yet still hold true to their respective theming/land rules...

Anyone care to take a guess? ;)

I would say the area where ToonTown Fair and either Fantasyland or Tomorrowland are?

Of course. Disneyland.
As is the motif of IASW, no matter where, they all still say to trash the place.

I mean, "Waste Please"? ;)

Nope and nope.

Not sure if it'll help, but when i said the trash cans were *right* next to each other, I meant literally about 6" apart.
If noone gets it by the time I get home tonight, perhaps I'll just post a photo of them. (I know the photo as it's taken will give away the location, but if I can crop it in such a way as to mask the exact location, maybe I'll do that)

Oh my, where is this? :veryconfu

Hmmm... the Tomorrowland Noodle Terrace going toward Mainstreet?

Sorry for the delay, folks. Photobucket was down for maintenance when I went to upload the photo last night, and then today I was crazy-busy at work.

Here's a cropped version showing a part of each can. (It's all I could show without showing stuff that would really give away the location)
Trashcan aficionados will probably recognize where the cans are from...

Hmm... well, if I didn't know this was the MK, I would say the dark brown is a World Showcase trash can. But, since this is MK we're talking about, I'm fairly certain that it belongs to Frontierland.

That being said, I'm guessing these are on the border between Liberty Square and Frontierland?

EDIT: Scratch that! Make that Main Street and the Front Entrance area of the park. Somehow I just remembered that MS has some brown trash cans too, and I think the lighter color is also at the main entrance. But I could be way out in left field here too.

I was at DisneyWorld for Thanksgiving week and was approached by a moving and talking garbage can not far from Space Mountain, towards the race cars. I was wearing a shirt with little Winnie the Poohs on it and the garbage can wheeled over to me and said, "You have to launder your shirt, you have a little pooh on it." Then it rolled away as fast as it came.

At first I was appalled until I realized I was wearing Winnie the Pooh.

Only place I know of in WDW where you can see two *totally* differently-themed garbage cans right next to each other. :)

Whoo hoo! :sohappy:

Actually, upon further reflection, is it a good thing or a bad thing that I was able to figure out the placement of trashcans at WDW? :lookaroun  :lookaroun
