That date was chosen simply because UK Residents had been able to book dining plans for vacations through that date.

I think they are referring to the fact that March 30th was recently the rumored opening date. Something like what is described could certainly delay it by an extra week.

Anyone see this? The Discover Disney Florida Ticket offer is back for 2017 and includes blackout dates that apply only to Animal Kingdom in late-May and early-June. Could Pandora be ready that soon? Or maybe this is for a Rivers of Light relaunch?

Not a comment on the value at all but all rides are open with the exception of Monsters Inc Laugh Floor, Hall of Presidents and the Riverboat.
