Let’s hope this leg up continues onto a week from now and I can ride this ride serveral times throughout the weekEither way, resort guests get a leg-up.

I’d settle for one ride...Let’s hope this leg up continues onto a week from now and I can ride this ride serveral times throughout the week
Check your tickets on MDEI'm group 114 but didn't get this message. But I leave early tomorrow so no use for me anyway. Kind of crazy Disney is giving that many shoppers away.
Yup. But ROTR was only available via digital FP the day after opening day. On the second day onwards, they've limited the digital FPs to select rides (most sans ROTR).So you would be able to ride the next day using the FP for ROTR. Does it just show up in you MDE?
No real need. Downtime is random and it’s not due to a lack of adequate overnight maintenance time. What are the chances that Disney pulls a IOA/Hagrids and starts scheduling the ride to close early (or maybe close for full days) maybe after the busy Holiday period to give them more time to test and fix these issues?
Well, fewer groups. But there weren’t re-rides day 1. Also, they had extra help to minimize downtime opening day. Notice downtime has lasted longer yesterday and today. Only actually ran about 7 hours today. It processes guests well when it’s open. So, assuming each boarding group has the same number of people, they've pushed fewer people through each day the ride has been open?
Posted in the Grand Floridian Lobby.
I actually heard CM’s almost encouraging guests that they could go to another park (or anywhere) while riding out the downtime. All of the CM’s today were outstanding. So your boarding group stays in tact even when you leave the park? That seems like a mistake Disney wouldn't make. They should want to keep you hostage all day knowing you will buy more if stuck in DHS waiting all day to ride Rise.

so it seems like it’s gone down in the morning on the first rides each day or is that a coincidence?According to thrill-data.com (who must be scraping the boarding party numbers from Disney), today (green) started better than yesterday (red), but not as good as Thursday (blue). But then it really started having issues around 4pm. (Note that the y-axis is labeled “Wait in Minutes” but it really is boarding party number)

Yes, it’s a known issue that looks to continue for a bit. That’s part of the reason for opening it early—they know it will go down, and would rather that happen at 8 than at 10.so it seems like it’s gone down in the morning on the first rides each day or is that a coincidence?
So should I avoid an early boarding group? hahaYes, it’s a known issue that looks to continue for a bit. That’s part of the reason for opening it early—they know it will go down, and would rather that happen at 8 than at 10.
