Back in '95, my family and I watched Sorcery In The Sky from the balcony of the All-Star Music Resort. That was kinda exciting.

Casey's Corner and the ice cream shop are also good viewing spots for spectro. And for wishes, we've often watched it from the gardens on the right side of the hub, near the Tomarrowland bridge. We watched it there during Spring Break '05 and there weren't to many people in that area.
