That is the most horrible thing ever done to a Epcot attraction even surpasses JII to JIYI. The most horrible thing ever. They could have found a better place to put them, hmmm mayby the waiting line where you are looking for some entertainment.

I have noticed them before 9/11 so I dont think they are for security. What I have noticed is if a light is red and a WDW bus pulls up the light changes pretty quickly, I think that they might be used to help speed up WDW Transport to parks and resorts.

I not really sure, but if someone can correct me on this, go right ahead. I beleive this is the site, next to the caribbean beach, it can be seen from Epcot Center drive the last time I drove down that road. The blue line symbolizes where disney's land borders that land.

Actually the where the new resort is posistioned is actually off Disney property but it is surrounded by Disney on 3 sides.

The ride itself was a great improvement over the last. Im too young to remember the origional, but compared to the old monstrosity it is a big difference!

I just got back and I would say that I have mixed reactiond about the new ride. It has the same idea as the old attraction but they sure let you know that Figment is in the ride. There is not one scene in the entire ride that he is not in. I dont want to say to much or I might be...

I think that is the best way to deal with the problem. Just imagine the type of ride there would be if Lucas and Disney put their heads together. But right now I would settle for just a little refresh like a new ride film.
