You could always get a gift personalised at many locations through WDW or there is the glass and crystal shop at Downtown Disney which personalises many gifts there. The other option is to take plenty of photos then buy a digital frame for him when you get home and put the memory card in it so...

Our favourite hidden Mickey is the one at Test Track, just before you go out the doors onto the main track and if you get a picture it will show the hidden mickey on the ground next to the track.
