last september we stayed at okw. my mom has cancer and that could've been her last trip. she is still wishing for one more trip where the whole family can go.. not sure that'll happen.... anyway, during that trip she was in the middle of chemo treatments which made it hard for her to walk around...

agree with you on better management on keeping the rides cleaner and maintained... but i have to also ask the same question on why can't people not spit, throw trash, etc. on the rides?

rented through the dvc rental store. great service. no complaints. currently going through them again to rent points for our disneymoon. fiance would like to stay at akv.

i've stayed at both ssr and okw. my opinion is that you won't go wrong with either choice.

I don't know what they received. I was told that they would be contacting the heads of the departments of each of the cm's to let them know about my email and they would be recognized. Not sure what that meant as far as how they were going to be recognized.
