    Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend

Sounds like it's out of desperation ... Goofy's % hasn't moved that much since the end of registration day. If they were smart, they would have made the change before they aired the Finale of Extreme Weightloss ... those spots would already be sold due to the publicity from the show that night...

    What did you do?

11 miles this morning ... 11:32 p/mile. First 9 miles were fantastic ... last 2 I was winded. Pretty much walked the last 2 miles and killed my p/mile time. Oh well ... that's what training is for :)

    What did you do?

4.16 miles at a slower than normal 10:49 p/mile pace. Made the mistake of having a bigger than normal breakfast at a morning meeting ... paid for it by feeling sluggish the whole time. :hungover:

    What did you do?

3.15 at 11:23 p/mile pace ... First time running with a stroller. Props to people who do it all the time ... That was not easy! :)

    What did you do?

4.42 miles this morning at 10:10 p/mile pace ... I felt the same way this morning ... the first 2 miles I was dragging my feet, but by the end I felt much better ... and I felt better that I got a workout in versus throwing in the towel and skipping it! ;)

    What did you do?

As per the Galloway plan ... 9 miles this morning at a 10:59 p/mile pace. First time I've run over 6.2 miles since my half marathon is April, so my endurance was shot when I hit mile 7. My p/mile dropped a whole minute those last two miles ... glad to be working on endurance so early in the...

    What did you do?

3.5 miles today ... 9:59 p/mile pace. Didn't feel like running at all and only made it 35 minutes before having to stop (instead of 45), but I'm glad I pushed myself and got a decent workout in.

    What did you do?

Going with the theme of the week ... speed. Currently following Galloway's Dopey plan, I extended it .11 miles to make it a 5k. So, with that said, 3.11 miles with a 9:45 p/mile pace ... first time sub 10 minutes since the injury and just a fantastic run overall! Everyone have a great...

A bit confused about passport/identification requirements

Agreed ... @StarBurst it is identical to a renewal, but there are two options ... if you've been married within a year of your renewal, they just 'update' your exisitng passport number. If it's been more than a year since you were married, they renew the passport and set a new passport number...

A bit confused about passport/identification requirements

Hey everyone ... just as an update in regards to passport delays that I mentioned earlier in the thread. So my wife was informed last week, that due to the delays, she may not recieve her passport for our trip in 44 days (now 37!). I had her basically harass the Dept of State everyday...

    What did you do?

Today was the day ... I let all loose after being cautious the past couple of weeks. First 'speed' run since injury and I shaved 48 seconds off my p/mile time ... 4.38 miles at 10:16 p/mile. So happy to be close to my sub 10 minute mile time again and that everything feels 'good'! :)

    What did you do?

4.07 miles this morning ... worked on speed now that the foot is good to go, but the endurance isn't there yet for distance & speed, so a couple extra walk breaks slowed down my pace to 11:03 p/mile.

A bit confused about passport/identification requirements

Yep ... in order to change the name, her original (maiden name) had to be sent in ... so were in Plan B mode unless we get lucky ... still have 41 days so I have my fingers crossed :)

A bit confused about passport/identification requirements

Just as an FYI to everyone, my wife and son applied for passports in July for our Eastern Caribbean cruise on September 20th. My son (1.5 years) got his, but my wifes (needed name change from marriage) has been held up due to a 'processing glitch' in the governments passport and visa system...

    What did you do?

5.56 miles this morning at 11:30 p/mile pace ... first time I've run back to back days since I injured my foot in June and it felt great! Everything seems to be coming together to work on my speed next week to get it back down to normal time ... and best of all, the foot feels great :)

    What did you do?

    3.18 miles this morning ... 10:02 p/mile pace.
  19. atrus79

    What did you do?

4.18 miles at a 10:05 p/mile pace ... foot feels good, so after this week I think I'll push it up to normal pace and see what happens :)

    Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend

A few friends are running the half so I asked if I could login under their name/bday and see what happened when I changed the time. In their case, the anticipated finish changes to the exact time that they put in ... I think the Goofy would be the best case to look at to see if the times are...
