I don’t see Indy warranting the LLSP. Are predictions of its popularity really that high?

Animal Kingdom's overall lack of rides and its newness will ensure it has some demand.

Why is the retheme taking longer than the ground up attraction?

Because retheming a ride usually takes half as long as building one from the ground up.

So they can start later on Indy and have them both open at the same time.

Imagineering said last week they hadn't yet built a physical model of the Indy ride. So I suspect Encanto will be open before Indy.

Does that mean Indy doesn't open by the end of 2027?

Okay, I was thinking Indy because Encanto would be a boat ride. So long as they put a lot more effort into it than NRJ then I can see how it would be LLSP.

I'm sure it will get tweaked and maybe even renamed... However I am very confident of two things:

1) The most in demand ride (or two) at each park will be a separate upcharge
2) Most of the rides will be a time based return time under a separate price

IMO only number 1 is a guarantee. I can see eventually the Premier Pass being the only other option.

I believe the understand now is Encanto is not a boat ride but an omnimover of sorts - but one where their cars are in groups that can travel and pause in sections vs a continuous system
