Sources comes from a website I can't put here for some reason

Seems like they might be doing some utility work right now, though I'm curious to see what's going on in the backstage area as it does look like they're focusing on clearing that out for the Encanto showbuilding

It would be weird if it ended with Indy going “Golly gee guys, now I’ll recycle!!”, of course, but if a gruff and peeved Indy barely walks away? Still conveys the same point about messing with nature
Now you've got me picturing Indy on the hunt for a mythical treasure and the ride ending with him saying, "Knowledge was their treasure. Their treasure was knowledge."

But to your point, sure, I could see a story which ends with Indy getting clapped back by nature.

😂 Yeah, and AK tends to be a little more subtle with theming so I don’t necessarily see a wrap-up moment where they verbalize the moral of the story. But Indy messing with natural forces and getting more than he bargained for is 90% likely, to my mind.

I kinda think Encanto will be the more difficult one to blend in, thematically. That one may be more “Well, it’s a butterflies and rainbows fairytale but it’s enclosed”.

So minor update to this but based off of some videos I've seen recently about TA, it does seem like all the trees from behind the former Primeval Whirl have been cut down. Idk how obvious this was, but I thought I should let everyone know just in case

You can see the clearing from the hill on Everest. I was blown away by how much they've taken out back there.

I'd love to see a new water-ride, and to me it makes sense at AK as it is such a HOT theme park. I'm not sure if it accurate, but i feel like there is lack of shade, or air flow, or something that just seems to make AK seem warmer to me. I also love the idea of multiple water parks in the same park -- if you are going to get drenched, why not do it twice rather than park hop/dry off, and then get wet again? To me, it's a no-brainer.
I have always enjoyed Toon Lagoon to JP because of this. You can choose to wait and cha ge after JP or before if you dont mind beung damp vs soaked.

That carousel is fantastic... I feel certain Disney would never do something this unique and outside the bok...will probably be a midified normal carousel with Dia de Muertos theming and characters.....since it was supposed to be based on Coco.... But I would not anticipate crazy animated figures like this one..... Would be so glad if they did....but I would not expect it based on what we have seen them do in the parks recently....

We already know what the carousel is gonna look like

I knew about the concept art, I'm just wondering if the figures are going to be animated/move uniquely, or if it's just another basic carousel. The carousel at Epic Universe is unique, but nothing crazy. Even though this new carousel is an A-Ticket (B-Ticket if we're being generous, though the castle park carousels were only ever A Ticket iirc), it should still offer something unique for being a carousel built in 2025.

Maybe each animal character moves in a different way- Eeyore moves up and down really slowly, Bambi does short hops/prances, Kevin has big up and down strides, Kaa "slithers" by rotating side-to-side or has several seats that go up and down in a wave pattern, etc etc. Lots of things they can do to make it more unique than Prince Charming's Carousel. Will they do it though? We'll have to wait and see.
(Also, is that Heimlich behind Bambi and Eeyore? If so, what a cute way to honor It's Tough to Be a Bug!)
