So what's everyone's guess on LLSP/LLMP and tiering in AK once Encanto, Indy, and carousel all open. I was personally surprised Tiana's never hit LLSP, I wonder if it will stay with FOP.

I think all the Tropical Americas rides will be Multi Pass with Encanto also being Virtual Queue.

That would be my guess too - I don't think enough rides in any of the non-MK parks to have more than one LLSP and having these two added to MP would make it actually somewhat worth it (depending on price and crowd levels)

Assuming there isn't some major overhaul by then and MP is dropped an only PP exists or something

I see Encanto being the more popular of the two

I think it will be very popular but IP-driven dark rides have been a tricky area for Disney in the relatively recent past. I think Indiana Jones is going to be much easier to work with from an atmospheric perspective. Indiana Jones is IP based too, of course, but not something where there is an obvious association with Disney, so I think it was chosen in Disneyland because the atmosphere is very much in keeping with what you would want for a ride, not reverse engineered to highlight a particular IP.

I can’t really see that ever happening. Can anyone see them doing PP only

Imagineering said last week they hadn't yet built a physical model of the Indy ride. So I suspect Encanto will be open before Indy.

That would allow Disney to put Encanto as LLSP and make a ton of money. Then when Indy is ready, that would be the LLSP, making more money.

That sounds very dumb. But that money part, damn.

Why is the retheme taking longer than the ground up attraction?

Wonder if FOP will stay on LLSP or of AK will move to a tier system once it's all open.

I don’t see Indy warranting the LLSP. Are predictions of its popularity really that high?
