I think it is safe to say that it had to be bigger than life in order to be seen from a distance far enough away that we couldn't hear the mechanics working. Also the angle of the camera can make a huge difference in the perception of size or maybe even photo shopped.

For full context, it's important to know, the woman in that picture, Margret Bysiewicz, was only 41" tall.

Okay, before I get any more likes, I want to make sure everyone knows that was a joke.

I have no idea who the woman in that picture is or how tall she is.

I just made up a name that sounded like it would fit a middle-aged woman in the early 80's.

I think we all figured that out when you called her Margret (when we all called her Margie) and misspelled Bysevitz

I'm hesitant to admit that I spent more time than I'm proud of scouring Google for more information on ole Marge.

Reviving this thread since a documentary covering Buzzy's disappearance and Disney Urban Explorers titled "Stolen Kingdom" has been uploaded today on Bright Sun Film's Youtube channel. The film is set to be shown at select theaters this year.

I'm so very excited for this to release! It's been in the works for years now, happy to share that I was able to contribute some to it. Extremely surreal knowing this story has culminated in an actual feature film

It felt like yesturday when Patrick Spikes actually visited this site to mock users in the this thread. Good thing I stayed up late when that occured in real time!

idk if you guys have been following but Patrick has become active on twitter and youtube again. he's been pretty open about things he's stolen in the past but insists that buzzy is in the archives. just thought that was interesting
Apparently he claims Disney can't come after him again through some legal loophole but I'm just waiting for him to slip up and make them come after him again

How was any of his law-breaking and bad choices our fault?
Because he's an extremely smug and arrogant person. He recently shared a photo of the official Daisy Duck Costume that he had in his house. A few days prior, he posted a photo of the inside of Mickey's head.

He also has this photo as his current banner on his account. Talk about rubbing salt in the wound.

He also calls himself "PatTheThief" which sounds like he has no regrets for his actions. He even made an hour long livestream recently discussing his arrest and aftermath.
